The NITC Student Portal (IMS) Redesign is a personal project I initiated to improve the user experience of my college's online management system. As both a product designer and product manager, I recognized that the existing portal, while functional, suffered from a dated interface and confusing navigation. My goal is to create a more intuitive, visually appealing, and efficient platform for students. Through user research, information architecture planning, and a complete UI redesign, I aimed to transform a frustrating online experience into a seamless one, ultimately empowering students to manage their academic lives more effectively.
